For health organizations

For RHTP-funded organizations

Navegara Health is the bilingual community navigation layer your RHTP application needs — built by operations leaders who have run rural Arkansas clinics from the inside.

Three things, well.

Bilingual outreach infrastructure

A free, public-facing directory and AI navigator that helps Spanish-speaking and underserved patients find your clinic, understand what services they qualify for, and know what to ask when they call. Already live across Arkansas with 1,207 verified resources. Your patients show up better informed; your front desk spends less time on basic intake questions.

Patient engagement and outcome reporting

Anonymous, aggregate data on what patients in your service area are searching for, where care gaps are widening, and what your community is asking for. Reportable into RHTP deliverables. No PHI collected.

RHTP readiness advisory

Operational readiness assessments for clinics navigating the THRIVE, HEART, and PACT tracks. Built on direct FQHC operations experience, not consulting frameworks.

Why it works

The trust moat is the platform.

National health-tech companies can build software for RHTP-funded clinics. They can't build the community relationships that make patients use it. Navegara was built by an Arkansas operations leader who has worked inside Boston Mountain Rural Health Center and Arkansas Heart Hospital — and the platform reflects how rural patients actually navigate care, not how outside vendors imagine they do.

The referral chain breaks at handoffs.

Patients don't show up for specialty referrals. Nurses spend hours on unanswered follow-up calls. Lab and imaging results route back to the wrong inbox. Navegara is designed to close those gaps without adding burden to clinic workflows.

The data tells RHTP what they're asking to hear.

Arkansas ranked last nationally for Hispanic health system performance in the Commonwealth Fund's April 2026 State Health Disparities Report. RHTP funding decisions will favor organizations that demonstrate measurable community engagement — especially with the populations the funding is meant to reach. Navegara is your evidence.

Founder

Angela Barry. Founder, Navegara Health. Most recently Clinic Manager at Boston Mountain Rural Health Center, where she ran daily clinical operations at an Arkansas FQHC and watched the gap widen between the system's resources and the patients who couldn't find them. Previously Administrative Assistant and Staffing Coordinator for the Progressive Critical Care Unit at Arkansas Heart Hospital — coordinating staffing and operations in one of the state's highest-acuity cardiac care environments. Bilingual.

Built Navegara Health to close the gap she saw from inside both systems: rural clinics with the resources, patients who couldn't navigate to them, and no one building the bridge in the language and at the literacy level that rural Arkansas actually needs.

Based in Conway. Building from Arkansas, for Arkansas.
