Your privacy at Navegara Health
Navegara Health helps Arkansans find healthcare. We built it so you can use everything on this site without telling us who you are.
Effective date: July 2026
What we count
To understand what our communities need, we count anonymous activity on this site:
- Which pages are visited and which searches are run
- Which listings people tap, call, or get directions to
- The county selected in Find Care, and the language the site is being read in (English or Spanish)
- Whether the visit is from a phone or a computer
These are counts, not profiles. None of it is connected to you. Our hosting providers (Cloudflare, Supabase) process IP addresses to deliver the site; we do not store or use them.
What we never collect
- Your name, address, or date of birth
- Your phone number or email (unless you choose to write to us)
- Any health information about you
- Your precise location
- Accounts, logins, or passwords — none are needed to use this site
Your Find Care answers
Find Care asks a few questions (your county, what kind of help you need, your insurance situation, language) so we can show you the right options. Those answers are used on your screen, and counted anonymously — they are never saved with your name or any way to identify you. The temporary ID that groups your visit together is deleted the moment you close the tab. If you tell Find Care you need care that doesn't ask for documents, that answer is treated exactly the same as every other: an anonymous count.
No cookies, no trackers, no ads
This site sets no cookies or advertising trackers for public visitors, does not sell data, and does not share data with advertisers. The clinic portal uses secure authentication storage to keep signed-in organization users logged in. There is nothing to opt out of, because we never opted you in.
How the counts are used
We combine the anonymous counts into county-level reports — for example, "how many searches for dental care came from Searcy County this month." These reports help clinics, community organizations, and funders see where care is missing. In any report, when a group is so small that someone might be identified, that number is hidden.
The clinic portal
Organizations that claim or manage their listing create an account with a work email. That account holds organization contact information only — never patient information.
Links to other sites
Listings link to clinics and programs across Arkansas. Once you leave navegarahealth.com, their privacy practices apply, not ours.
This site is not medical advice
Navegara helps you find care; it does not provide it. In an emergency, call 911. For a mental health crisis, call or text 988. Hours, services, and eligibility change — call before you go.
